The Opportunity
Mission :
The mission of the Strategic Planning Director is to support the development of the B&F Division Strategy and the 3Y Financial Plan, monitor the execution of the Strategy, and liaise with Business Stakeholders to continuously adjust the Strategy based on environmental changes and emerging priorities.
What you'll get to do
Functions and Responsibilities :
1. Coordinate environmental analysis with Market & Consumer Intelligence teams to help Top Management understand industry trends, growth opportunities, risks, and challenges.
2. Support the Strategic Planning and Analytics VP in developing the new Strategic Plan, liaising with Top Management and external consultants as needed.
3. Coordinate with Brands, Markets, and Support functions to develop Strategic Plan initiatives and review their progress with the B&F COMEX.
4. Translate the division’s strategy into a long-term ambition and a Rolling 3Y Business Plan with different scenarios, revised annually.
5. Ensure compliance with “One Group” requirements regarding 3Y Business Plans, recommending risk adjustments for scenarios.
6. Assist the President of the B&F Division in strategic and business plan communications.
7. Establish a Program Office to monitor the evolution of the Strategic Plan, environmental sign-posts, initiatives, and capability development.
8. Review and update the Strategic Planning calendar annually, setting critical milestones.
9. Lead the execution pace of the Strategic Planning Principles, gathering inputs for each process step.
10. Support BMC’s dialogue facilitation, interaction, and key decision-making per Dates & Gates principles.
11. Continuously improve the process, adjusting interactions, calendar, inputs, and outputs to stakeholder needs and process evolution.

Requirements :
1. Minimum 5 years of experience across various functions, with a company-wide perspective. CSM certification and experience in Agile projects are preferred.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
3. Languages: English and Spanish required; French is a plus.
4. Strong leadership skills in people and process management, experience in driving culture and behavior change in large organizations, and ability to interface with Top Management under tight deadlines.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management tools.
