ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Services Product Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of our service offerings and services catalog. As a key member of our product team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, engineering, and customer delivery teams to define and deliver customer-centric services that drive business growth and satisfaction. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of the service offerings, from ideation through launch and ongoing enhancements.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our service-based products in alignment with company goals.
2. Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to ensure services stay competitive and innovative.
3. Service Design & Development : Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop new services, as well as improve existing ones. Define service requirements, specifications, and KPIs to ensure clear objectives and performance tracking. Collaborate with service delivery teams for seamless execution and scalability.
4. Customer Focus : Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points. Gather and prioritize feedback to inform service improvements and new features. Build relationships with key customers to drive engagement.
5. Go-to-Market & Launch : Develop and execute strategies for new services, including pricing, promotions, and sales enablement. Work with marketing and sales to drive adoption, provide training, and communicate value. Monitor post-launch performance and adjust tactics as needed.
6. Metrics & Performance Management : Define and track key metrics, report regularly to leadership, and optimize services based on feedback and business needs. Ensure successful delivery by working closely with internal teams and acting as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams. Communicate updates and improvements to all stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills :
* Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
* Experience : 15+ years in product management, especially with services. Proven success in managing and launching service products. Experience in customer-facing roles with a strong understanding of customer needs. Familiarity with Agile or other methodologies.
* Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate across teams, balance customer and business needs, manage projects with attention to detail, and understand financials.
Preferred Skills :
* Experience in telecom or IT industry.
* Familiarity with service design and end-to-end delivery.
* Strong understanding of customer success and experience management.
* Experience in fast-paced environments to drive new business.
