Join Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) as our next Associate Director, Business Resilience and you will be responsible for developing and implementing CCEP’s Business Continuity and Resilience (BCR) strategy. This role provides expert BCR-related advice, guidance, and support to country-level Business Units and Global Functions. /ppBy fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders at both country and functional levels, including Customer Service Supply Chain, Public Affairs Communications Sustainability, People Culture, BPT, Finance, and risk owners / SMEs, as well as global and Business Unit-level stakeholders including The Coca-Cola Company, you will ensure the effective deployment of global BCR initiatives. These initiatives are aligned with business priorities and designed to enhance the organization's resilience. /ppbWhat to Expect : /b /pulliLead the delivery of global and European initiatives within the BCM Programme across CCEP and local markets, addressing issues, improving effectiveness, expanding coverage, and delivering efficiencies. This will include working at both a Strategic (BU Level) and Operational (site / function) level. /liliImplement The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) Business Resilience Framework (BRF) across European Plants, Warehouses, Shared Service Centres, and HQs, ensuring alignment with TCCC standards and regulatory expectations. /liliServe as a key and central point of contact for Crisis and Incident Management across a number of countries in Europe. /liliLead engagement and coordinate our network of Business Continuity BU Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) and site champions /liliCollaborate with ERM to support mitigations on principal risks such as Cyber, CO2, Concentrate, and Climate / Water. /liliConduct Business Impact Analysis (BIAs) across CCEP´s countries and functions to identify critical people, technologies, equipment, and suppliers. /liliStand in for the Director of Business Resilience in various meetings with sr stakeholders and represent BCM / IMCR, including at relevant committees such as the Compliance Risk Committee. /liliCreate and maintain BCR master data, dashboards, and key metrics. /liliSupport the business in achieving and maintaining ISO 22301 certification across selected sites. /liliFacilitate discussions between sites / countries / BUs and other functions across CCEP to build resilience. /liliEstablish and chair BCM working groups with critical functions such as BPT, Insurance, QESH, Supply Chain, and ERM. /liliDeliver various one-off BCM projects in response to changes in the business environment (e.g., geopolitical developments). /liliAssist other functions in achieving ISO standards related to BCM (e.g., QESH ISO 9001). /liliThis role will work with BR / IMCR / BCR colleagues to provide 24 / 7 / 365 support to the business in response to urgent crises (if they arise). /li /ulpbWhat you bring : /b /pulli7+ years of experience in Business Continuity, Crisis Management, or related fields. /liliExpertise and strong track record in developing and managing Business Continuity and Incident / Crisis Management programmes and initiatives, including project management. /liliProven ability to lead complex, cross-border resilience programs. /liliStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills—from C-suite to site-level teams. /liliStrong cross-cultural leadership skills and cultural empathy /liliExpertise in risk management, incident response, and digital resilience (including AI and cybersecurity). /liliExperience with ISO 22301, CBCI, CISM, or similar certifications. /liliFluent in English;
