Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
You have 10 years of experience as HR Director, Head of HR or in a senior HR role ideally in an international environment with multiple subsidiaries.
You bring deep expertise in Talent Acquisition, Leadership & People Development, HR Administration, Employment Law and Performance Management.
Proven success in organizational development, change management, culture transformation and digital HR transformation (HRIS automation, HR analytics).
Fluent in Spanish and English, strategic thinker with a hands‑on mentality and strong people skills you inspire teams, foster collaboration and create a modern HR culture focused on growth and excellence.
