We are expanding our team and looking for driven, ambitious, and client-focused Sales Consultants to join our offices in Los Alcázeres.

Our in-house telemarketing team provides qualified leads, so you will get ready made qualified appointments and exclusive clients.
You’ll work directly with international buyers, showing exclusive, high-end properties and delivering a premium experience from first contact to completion.
You will need to be able to work as a team and communicate effectively as our best results come from working together.
We will also expect you to be constantly developing your product knowledge and sharing that with the marketing team
What you'll do
✨ Work with qualified buyers
✨ Conduct property viewings
✨ List and secure exclusive homes
✨ Build strong relationships with owners and clients
✨ Negotiate and close sales
✨ Manage your pipeline through our CRM
✨If you have management ambitions then this role could lead to taking more responsibility in the short to medium term
What we're looking for
✔ Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
✔ Fluent English (other languages are a big plus)
✔ Confident communicator and natural closer
✔ Own car for property visits
✔ Proactive, professional, and hungry for success
Real estate experience is great — but sales talent and attitude matter most.
