Job Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of Market expanding and Sales accelerating initiatives and communications built upon the foundation of HP's Sustainability leadership. The successful candidate will create customer-centric campaigns and compelling messaging that propel sales journeys across the full HP portfolio in the immediate-term and shape strategies that further strengthen OneHP's sustainable competitive advantages with durability to thrive in the AI era. This leader will oversee dynamic teams of internal and external stakeholders dedicated to innovation, velocity, agility, and operational excellence. The role collaborates closely across OneHP experts in the GBUs, CO, marketing/comms orgs, domain specialists in GPC+SI and upper management to achieve HPs aspirations: lead the Future of Work, built upon a foundation of Sustainable Impact, delivering growth and fulfillment for business and people everywhere.
Responsibilities
• Orchestrates strategic marketing plans including defining customer segmentation strategies on a global scale, tailoring marketing campaign activation experiences to different customer segments, press and social media amplifications, competitive assessments, channel/partner development, messaging/ positioning enhancements aligned with business goals to drive market share and profitable growth.
• Provides strong leadership of large, cross-division functional OneHP teams/projects to source evidence of, develop compelling stories, and create compelling vehicles to capture audience attention.
• Partners with OneHP product BU teams to ensure sustainability claims are as compelling as possible, while maintaining proper risk management compliance with important regional regulatory requirements.
• Creates high-quality content/presentations, papers, demos, videos, case studies/customer testimonials, etc. to communicate unique Sustainability value propositions.
• Assists in the development of advanced sales training materials to empower the sales force.
• Partners with senior/field mgmt. and key customer/partners to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
• Actions customer needs/insights across the OneHP portfolio around Sustainability and business resilience imperatives to value proposition and disclosure plan messaging from product roadmap shaping to product introduction and throughout the products' life cycles.
• Oversees general Sustainability marketing operations (CRM, web updates, collateral fulfillment etc.)
• Applies financial rigor and acumen to all initiatives towards shareholder value-based decisions.
• Provides innovative thought leadership as a recognized authority on Sustainability including technologies, theories and techniques, esp. around why it is a global business imperative.
• Builds relationships & provides guidance to key industry, press, and influencer communities.
• Develops and owns comprehensive GTM scorecard/dashboards, incl. associated metrics, goals, and benchmarks; Routinely exercises independent judgment in techniques + criteria to achieve objectives.
• Owns creating/distributing regular reports to stakeholders on issues/oppts; Leads the development of closed-loop post-analysis for marketing programs, plus identifies and executes indicated actions.
• Provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees to realize operational and strategic plans.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in communications, research and analysis, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $ to $ annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
