Your mission will be ensure a fair, balanced and legally compliant working environment through the effective management of labour relations between the company and its employees. This role is key to ensuring compliance with labour legislation and collective bargaining agreements, preventing and resolving labour disputes, providing advice on disciplinary matters, and representing the company before trade unions and public authorities, thereby contributing to a positive organisational climate and minimising legal risks.
Responsibilities
* Advise management and employees on labour legislation and internal policies.
* Manage labour disputes and disciplinary procedures, ensuring proper legal application.
* Draft, review, and update employment contracts and collective bargaining agreements.
* Adapt internal policies to changes in legal and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with other departments to promote a fair, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
* Ensure compliance with labour and social security regulations.
* Facilitate communication between staff and management, fostering a culture of respect, transparency, and dialogue.
Job Requirements
* Educational background: Degree in Law, Labour Relations and Human Resources, or Business Administration (BBA).
* Professional experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, managing labour relations and labour law compliance.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of labour legislation and social security regulations.
* Skills: Negotiation, effective communication, and conflict resolution.
* Orientation: Compliance-focused with a commitment to continuous improvement of the work environment.
