We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the execution and technical delivery of industrial engineering projects related to Initiation Systems (IS) and Packaged Explosives (PEX) globally.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end engineering projects (design to start-up).
* Ensure proper implementation of technical solutions, plant layouts, and equipment integration.
* Support international sites during commissioning, ramp-up, and stabilization.
* Standardize engineering practices and drive continuous improvement.
* Review engineering documentation (P&IDs, drawings, etc.).
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
* Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and multiple projects.
Requirements
* Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
* 7- 10 years’ experience in EPC or industrial project environments.
* Strong background in commissioning, plant construction, and multidisciplinary projects.
* Solid knowledge of engineering standards and documentation.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Strong project management and communication skills.
* Availability to travel (30%)
