The AI agent learns how any software works, joins live video calls with prospects, and, through a real browser, navigates, explains, and interacts with the product in real time.This is a complex and high-impact problem, with future applications in onboarding, support, enablement, and automation. They are building something that was not technically possible just a few months ago.
