Key job responsibilities Develop deep understanding, hands on experience of operational processes across supply chain. Deep diving and analyzing operational data to arrive root causes for losses - invent or replicate solutions to those root causes, track impact. Improve operational processes by Standardization of metrics, processes, SOPs across RoW markets related to network losses Driving product implementation in operations and/or operational process solutions to eliminate losses **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**: - 5+ years of Operations / process improvement, hands on waste reduction experience. - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements in operations. Existing Knowledge or ability to learn analytical tools will be helpful. - Experience owning end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Bachelor’s degree - Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) - Fluency in Spanish and English C1+ **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**: - 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
