En tant que Hardware Design Leader à Valeo Martos, vous concevrez des circuits électroniques avancés pour les principaux constructeurs automobiles du monde, dans un environnement rapide, international et multiculturel. Votre mission sera de concevoir des circuits électroniques conformément aux spécifications clients pour les systèmes d’éclairage automobile, en suivant les techniques les plus récentes dans un environnement en constante évolution.
Responsabilités
* Complying with engineering disciplines processes and design rules.
* Plan, monitor and control activities according to engineering discipline PD of his/her PG/PL following CPM (CLEAN project management).
* In charge of the robust design/validation in line with the economical targets.
* Review internal requirements, customer requirements, specifications.
* Contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipment, investments.
* Establish detailed breakdown of the activities to meet milestones.
* Follow activities and spending of his scope to meet his allowed budget and timing.
* Perform or support design calculations / simulations / coding / associated acceptance tests.
* Apply standardization rules, and when justified, request destandardizations.
* Responsible for engineering discipline design review preparation.
* Interface with the customer for engineering discipline content.
* Report and escalated to the Product Technical Manager/Leader/Eng and his hierarchical.
Desirable skills and experience
* Electronics engineering degree/master, telecommunications or equivalent experience.
* 5/7 years of experience in hardware design in automotive engineering or relevant industries.
* Knowledge of simulation and CAD tools (Simetrix, Pspice, Cadence…)
* EMC good practices.
* Passion for hardware design.
* Passion for the automotive industry.
* Negotiation English level is mandatory.
