WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH Based in Nike’s Barcelona office, you will join the Lifestyle Channels Sales team for Spain and Portugal, reporting to the Lifestyle Channels Sales Director. You will collaborate closely with lifestyle partner teams (Buyers, Planners, Marketers, and Leadership) and cross-functional Sports & Lifestyle teams across Territory and EMEA (Merchandisers, Assortment Planners, Marketers, MSC Leads, and Leadership). You will own a specific business area within one of the channels: Athletic Specialty, Sportswear Specialty, Digital, or Department Stores.

In this role, you will take responsibility for assigned categories and business processes for partners across marketplace channels - Athletic Specialty, Sportswear Specialty, Digital, and Department Stores.

Strong negotiation and consulting ability, paired with confidence in managing buyer‑level relationships
A solid grasp of business planning, P&L fundamentals, and retail analytics
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and a digital‑first mindset
Ability to influence and inspire teams, partners, and stakeholders
Flexibility to travel and engage with partners in‑market
Fluency in Spanish and English, with exceptional communication skills
