Main Role
Develop and implement marketing strategies that optimize the management and performance of therapeutic areas, aligned with the company's global objectives. Lead brand positioning from a 360° perspective, maximizing sales, profitability, and sustainability.
Roles
* Define and implement strategic marketing plans for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with global objectives while adapting tactics to local market dynamics.
* Manage and lead a diverse team of Brand Managers, fostering professional development, collaboration, and alignment with corporate strategy.
* Participate in strategic planning with key internal and external stakeholders, integrating market insights, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends.
* Ensure brand growth and long-term sustainability, optimizing the product lifecycle and identifying new business opportunities.
* Navigate complex regulatory and market environments, ensuring compliance and responsiveness to policy changes and competitive shifts.
* Analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities and risks, leveraging analytical tools for evidence-based decision-making.
* Coordinate multichannel campaigns and digital projects, driving innovation across channels and enhancing customer experience.
* Ensure the growth and long-term sustainability of the brands by optimizing the product life cycle, managing the portfolio, and identifying new opportunities.

Required Studies

* Strong marketing knowledge, with at least 2 years in the specific therapeutic area.

Languages
* Fluent in Spanish

Professional experience
* 7+ years in marketing positions, with at least 2 years in the specific therapeutic area. Previous experience leading teams and strategic projects.
