Your Mission
You will be responsible for driving new business across various territories and verticals, managing the full sales cycle—from opportunity identification to closing. You’ll work with highly technical customers, understanding their challenges and guiding them toward solutions that transform how they build and deliver software.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and close new logo opportunities.
Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound SQLs.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (XDR, Solutions Engineering, Legal, Finance, Demand Gen).
Lead POC processes from initial scoping to closing.
Clearly communicate the value of complex technical solutions.
Build strong relationships and develop business champions.
Manage monthly and quarterly forecasting.
Work with tools such as Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
What We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience closing B2B SaaS/Software sales in technical environments.
Proven track record in pipeline generation, negotiation, and closing complex sales cycles.
Experience managing POCs and supporting customers through signature.
Experience carrying a revenue quota.
Native-level German.
Organized, customer‑oriented profile comfortable in fast‑paced environments.
