JOB DESCRIPTION
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
En nuestra delegación de Valencia buscamos a un Traffic Manager tanto para operativa Nacional como Internacional, el cual será responsable de planificar, coordinar y supervisar el transporte y la logística de mercancías, garantizando entregas eficientes y puntuales.
Este rol es clave para optimizar las operaciones de transporte, gestionar relaciones estratégicas con transportistas, corresponsales y partners en Europa, y asegurar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones del sector.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
* Planificar y coordinar rutas de transporte para maximizar eficiencia y minimizar costes.
* Supervisar la programación y asignación de vehículos y conductores.
* Monitorizar KPIs de transporte y realizar ajustes operativos cuando sea necesario.
* Implementar y mantener sistemas de gestión de transporte.
* Negociar contratos y tarifas con proveedores de transporte.
* Mantener relaciones sólidas con transportistas, proveedores logísticos y partners europeos.
* Evaluar el desempeño de proveedores y aplicar medidas correctivas si procede.
* Garantizar el cumplimiento de regulaciones de transporte y estándares de seguridad.
* Gestionar incidencias relacionadas con el transporte de mercancías.
* Analizar datos operativos y elaborar informes de desempeño y costes.
* Identificar oportunidades de mejora en las operaciones logísticas.
* Preparar reportes periódicos para Dirección.
* Participar en licitaciones estratégicas de transporte para la Delegación.
WHAT YOU BRING
REQUISITOS:
* Experiencia demostrable como Responsable/Coordinador de Tráfico, o posición similar.
* Experiencia en transporte y logística (nacional e internacional).
* Conocimiento profundo de procesos de gestión de transporte.
* Manejo de herramientas TMS.
* Buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
* Capacidad organizativa y liderazgo de equipos.
* Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y resolver incidencias de forma eficiente.
VALORAREMOS:
* Experiencia en entornos de transporte internacional y coordinación con partners europeos.
* Experiencia en gestión de automoción o tráfico especializado.
* Idiomas.
