We are seeking experienced Business Development Managers to lead sales efforts for one of our different service lines in 2025. We are looking for talent with a background selling our Globalize services( specializing in QA, Localization, and Audio services). Operating fully remotely from Europe you will be a key player in our Global Business Development team, driving strategic sales initiatives and cultivating strong client relationships. Your expertise will be essential in expanding our service offerings and fostering long-term business growth.Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with the Service Line division, Client Partners, and Business Development Representatives to strategically identify and target high-potential clients for Keywords' Localization, QA, and Audio servicesDesign and implement advanced sales strategies tailored to prospective clients, driving growth and market expansionPartner closely with the Globalize Solutions Architecture team to qualify leads, ensuring alignment with business goals, and expertly manage opportunities throughout the sales lifecycleDeliver exceptional client support by proactively managing expectations in partnership with the Globalize Solutions team and Portfolio Directors, ensuring seamless service deliveryRepresent Keywords at key industry trade conferences, providing strategic support and expertise at exhibition stands to drive business visibility and engagementAdhere to the company's advanced sales methodology, producing insightful reports and tracking key metrics to inform decision-makingSupport Portfolio Directors and delivery teams in high-level account management, cultivating strong client relationships and contributing to strategic customer review meetings to drive long-term successRequirementsProven experience selling Globalize Services in the gaming industry or adjacentSuccess in managing commercial client relationshipsExperience with Language AI or testing automation solutions is essentialAbility to work collaboratively with central functions, supporting divisional growthExperience partnering with Solutions Architecture teams and representing a suite of servicesTake the next step in your sales career and lead the way in gaming innovation!Here are some of the benefits our studios can offer :
