Primary Responsibilities Include
* Welcoming the customers and supporting them during the purchasing decision-making process.
* Interpreting and satisfying the customer's needs.
* Promoting the sale of items in the store.
* Taking care of the arrangement of the products in the store.
* Keeping the store tidy.
* Closing the cash desk and using the Silverware system.
* Organize the Stockroom and take inventory control of the goods.
Requirements
What You Bring:
* At least 1 year of experience in the required role or in customer care.
* Excellent knowledge of English and possibly another foreign language.
* Communication skills: communicate clearly and appropriately (both verbally and in writing).
* Listens and interacts with others with empathy.
* Emotional intelligence: manages one's emotions in difficult situations.
