If you're hungry to grow, excited by impact and ready for a challenge that will supercharge your career, this could be your moment.As our Head of Commercial Strategy, you will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, optimizing player value, and delivering market share expansion across sportsbook and casino verticals. The role combines commercial strategy, performance marketing oversight, CRM monetization, product localization input, and regulatory alignment, with clear accountability for revenue, margin, and player economics.Responsibilities You'll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:Working with the Heads of Country you will define market-specific growth strategies, through to execution, for Spain, Mexico and LATAM in line with Super Group objectives.Working with various key stakeholder to optimise Sportsbook margin, casino mix & bonus efficiencyDriving regional growth by securing strategic partnerships, analysing market performance, and implementing effective commercial strategiesIdentify new regulated market entry opportunities and lead go-to-market planningIn collaboration with Country Heads, you will adapt global product and commercial strategies to local player behaviours, payment preferences and cultural nuancesEnsuring full regulatory, licensing, and AML compliance across all jurisdictionsPartnering closely with Legal, HR, Compliance and Responsible Gambling teams to manage regulatory change and riskShaping and managing regional budgets, optimising financial performance, and overseeing marketing investment effectivenessMonitoring KPIs, delivering clear performance reporting, and providing strategic insights to senior leadershipAligning cross‐functional teams by streamlining reporting, communication and operational processesOverseeing acquisition, retention, and multichannel marketing strategies, ensuring content, campaigns, and customer journeys are locally relevant and optimisedEnhancing player experience across all touchpoints, reducing friction and maximising lifetime valueCollaborating with product and development teams to influence roadmaps and drive continuous product improvementBuilding strong stakeholder relationships and leading cross‐regional collaboration to share best practices and support sustainable market growthGrowing our high value customer program while ensuring this customer case is retained and increasesFostering an environment of innovation, new idea generation and creativity.This list covers your core responsibilities – with plenty of room to stretch, explore and take on new challenges as we grow.Qualifications What you'll bringProven senior leadership experience across Spain and Mexican markets in the online gaming industryExperience engaging with regulators in Spain and Mexico, and preferably other countries in LATAMStrong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English, with the ability to breakdown complex ideas and influence at C levelExpertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scopeExperience in scaling markets from early stage to matureAbility to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situationsStrong data literacy (cohort analysis, player segmentation and revenue modelling)Ability to define and execute regional strategy across multiple marketsStrong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue, ROI, and market growthExpertise in setting KPIs, performance frameworks, and operational priorities across regionsDeep understanding of Spain, Mexico and LATAM regulatory environmentsStrong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting skillsAbility to lead, inspire, and mentor teams across regionsA collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross‐functional teams to hit shared goalsStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ballExceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high‐quality workAdaptability – you stay sharp, productive and positive in fast‐moving environmentsDesirable skills you've got up your sleeve It would be great if you also have some the following skills:In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trendsPrevious experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulationsFamiliarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standardsExperience in developing and executing customer retention strategiesOur values are non-negotiables Our culture is underpinned by core values that are linked to key behavioural competencies.
