Job Opportunity
To strengthen our finance team and build our succession pipeline, we are seeking a Controller who will report directly to the CFO of Europerfil. The position is based in Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona).

Key Responsibilities
1. Contribute to financial reporting with a focus on quality and deadlines, aligned with Group standards.
2. Monitor financial performance of sales, invoicing, down payments, and overdue accounts.
3. Provide advice and guidance within the Controlling Network to support decision-making, analyze issues, challenge KPIs, and suggest business improvements to enhance profitability and reduce working capital.
4. Improve internal controls, implement, and follow up on control measures.
5. Manage cost reporting and analysis.
6. Follow up on sales and margin analysis.
7. Collaborate with shared service functions on accounting, tax, and credit management during monthly and annual closing processes.
8. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes with local management.
9. Ensure timely reporting of statistics for government and Intrastat on investments, production, sales, exports, and imports.
Skills & Background
Education
* University degree in Accounting, Finance, Applied Economics, or Business School.
Experience & Knowledge
* At least 3 years of recognized experience in accounting or controlling roles.
* Proven leadership skills and experience leading teams.
* Ability to analyze in detail and maintain a strategic overview to identify key performance indicators and recommend actions.
* Results-oriented, aiming to optimize time and resources to deliver maximum business value.
* Strong teamwork skills.
* Knowledge of BPM and SAP is highly advantageous.
