The selected candidate will join Human Resources, actively participating in the main processes, with a particular focus on training, development, talent management and labor relations, within a stable industrial environment that offers the opportunity to add value, drive initiatives and contribute to the evolution of the People function. Key Responsibilities Collaborate in the overall management of the People area, supporting the organizations needs and acting as a link between the business and Human Resources. Define, organize and monitor the training activities included in the Annual Training Plan. Manage and control the training budget, coordinate external providers and handle training subsidies through FUNDAE. Propose and implement initiatives related to talent development, organizational culture and employer branding. Lead, implement and energize the performance appraisal process, ensuring its correct application and follow-up. Coordinate and support recruitment processes, working closely with hiring managers and department leaders. Collaborate on labor relation matters, supporting the proper application of the labor framework and people managementrelated processes. Required Profile University degree in fields related to People management, such as Labor Relations, Psychology, Law or similar. Specialized training in Human Resources. At least five years of professional experience in generalist HR roles or consultancy, preferably within an industrial environment. Knowledge of labor legislation. High level of English, both written and spoken.
