Compensaciones / Beneficios
* Deploy, configure, and maintain IAM platforms (SailPoint) and SSO (Entra ID);
manage PAM and non-human identities
* Oversee the complete identity lifecycle: onboarding, provisioning, access reviews, deprovisioning, recertification
* Ensure IAM processes comply with FDA, EMA, GxP, GDPR, NIS2, SOX
* Lead digital identity projects and automation initiatives;
integrate IAM with HR and business systems
* Manage outsourcing vendors and coordinate IAM project delivery
* Provide technical expertise during audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews
* Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and documentation
* Identify and mitigate identity, access, and compliance risks
* Deliver training and guidance on Digital Identity best practices
Responsabilidades
* 5+ years of IAM experience including governance and identity lifecycle management
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Telecommunications) or similar technical field
* Advanced IT systems architecture, infrastructure management, and project methodologies
* Official certifications from Microsoft, SailPoint, or CIAM are highly valued
* Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and change management capabilities
* Effective written and verbal communication tailored to technical and business audiences
* Ability to work independently and in global teams
* English proficiency (C1 or equivalent)
