Senior RecruiterResponsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making job offers for a variety of positions.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
* Work with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions and interview questions.
* Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
* Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on senior-level roles.
* Proven success in recruiting for various positions, particularly in IT roles and Industry.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong understanding of HR and recruitment processes and best practices.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
