Talent Manager & HR Projects Murcia (Spain) / Hybrid

We are looking for a Talent Manager to lead the Talent agenda in Iberia (Spain & Portugal). Reporting directly to the HR Director and leading a team of professionals, you will connect the Talent strategy with organizational priorities. You will have end-to-end accountability for the Talent Management lifecycle. Your mission is to position HR initiatives at the service of both people and business needs:
Lead the Talent Strategy: You will directly manage and develop the Talent team, fostering high performance and collaboration. You will define and drive the Talent strategy for Iberia, ensuring alignment with local priorities and Group HR guidelines.
Attract & Connect (key responsibility): You will lead Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding as one of the core responsibilities of the role. This includes building and managing strategic talent pipelines (such as the Graduate Programme), leading initiatives like Top Employer, and developing strong partnerships with key talent attraction stakeholders, including universities, training centres, and business schools, to secure future capabilities.
Drive Performance & Culture: You will lead the deployment of Performance Management frameworks, promoting a strong feedback culture.
Empower Learning: You will define Learning & Development strategies aligned with business needs. Innovate with Tech & Data: You will lead HR Projects and drive the optimization of the Talent area through technology (e.g., SuccessFactors, AI applied to HR).
Data, Governance & Collaboration: you will use a process-driven approach, defining KPIs to support decisions, continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulations ( Take responsibility ).
The Profile: You have a University degree (HR, Business, Law) and at least 8 years of proven experience across the full Talent lifecycle (TA, TM, Performance, L&D) and HR projects. A Postgraduate degree or Master's in HR is considered a plus.
Proven experience in executive search or recruitment consulting is a strong asset for this role. Experience in HR or transformation consulting, as well as familiarity with Agile or Design Thinking applied to HR, is highly valued.
Strategic & Tech-Savvy: You possess a business-oriented mindset and are comfortable with HR technologies (HRIS/SuccessFactors) and data analytics. Communication: You have excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Language Skills: You have a very high level of Spanish and English (C1-C2) .
