Driving sales and expanding market share in the region.Growing the distribution network in Spain & Portugal.Managing and supporting distributor accounts.Evaluating opportunities, building pipelines, and developing projects.Applying a defined sales process to sustain growth.Identifying key market drivers, centers, and KOLs.Developing and implementing educational strategies with marketing support.Building alliances with key organizations in radiotherapy.Coordinating with company personnel to meet performance goals.Collaborating with clinical specialists to ensure training programs are implemented.Developing new strategic and educational programs specific to the region.Essential Skills and Experience :
Proven success in Medical Device sales, preferably in radiation oncology or SGRT.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, strategic, and proactive.3-5 years of sales experience in Medical Devices or similar fields.Experience in complex capital equipment sales, with a consultative approach.Team player with collaborative skills.Strong presentation and social selling skills (LinkedIn, Twitter).Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Negotiation skills for prices, terms, and contracts.Knowledge of healthcare systems in the region.Fluent in Spanish.Clinical experience, ideally as a Medical Physicist or Radiation Therapist.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentMedical Equipment ManufacturingJ-18808-Ljbffr
