Macià Batle Winery is looking for a full-time Wine Tourism & Shop Assistant to join our team in Santa Maria del Camí, Mallorca.
Your role:
- Conduct guided tours of the winery
- Welcome visitors and create a warm, memorable experience
- Manage the wine shop and sales
- Share the story and wines of Macià Batle with guests from all over the world
We're looking for someone who is:
- Social, sympathetic, positive, and people-oriented
- Hardworking, responsible, and reliable
- Eager to learn — wine knowledge is a plus, but motivation is key
- Comfortable working with international visitors
Languages:
- Fluent English (essential)
- Spanish preferred
- Additional languages are a big plus
Position details:
- Full-time position
Daytime schedule: 10:30 – 18:30
- Sundays off + one weekday off
Location:
Santa Maria del Camí
(Easy to reach by public transport – direct train from Palma)
