Objectives of this Role
* Outbound calling and outreach via digital channels to engage prospect accounts or accounts presenting Straumann Group with growth opportunities. This includes working remotely via Teams, Zoom, telephone, etc., and face-to-face as required to build relationships with key decision-makers, identify needs, conduct needs analysis, and explore opportunities.
* Account management of an existing portfolio, providing service, ensuring demand continuity, and fostering growth both remotely and face-to-face.
* Represent Straumann Group products and services by understanding client needs and objectives to align solutions effectively.
* Overcome objections and communicate the value propositions of Straumann Group’s offerings to decision-makers.
* Generate leads, nurture warm prospects, and identify new opportunities, maintaining a pipeline of prospects.
* Contribute to organizational success by generating leads and opportunities for the broader team.
* Identify upselling opportunities within the existing client base.
* Support coverage of vacant territories remotely if needed.
Responsibilities
* Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts through remote and face-to-face interactions.
* Qualify leads promptly from partner organizations and marketing events, responding within 24 hours.
* Provide quotes and close sales via appropriate technology.
* Drive attendance at educational events based on targeted lists from marketing.
* Use CRM and other tools diligently to ensure data accuracy and process adherence.
Required Capabilities, Skills, and Qualifications
* Experience in the dental sector, especially helping practices grow their business, is a strong advantage.
* Proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets, quoting, and closing sales.
* Self-motivated, highly driven, with excellent communication skills in Spanish; professional proficiency in English is a plus.
* Quick learner of digital technologies.
* Organized, meticulous, with strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to track progress and results using measurement tools.
* Understanding of sales processes, prospect research, and solution offering.
* Resilient with excellent telephone manner for outbound calling.
* Relationship builder, ethical, team-oriented, and eager to learn and succeed.
* Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills.
