Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with the organization’s objectives, ensuring we follow the global defined guidelines, compliance and bringing in the best practices in the industry.
* Bring in the best talent to match these roles (considering internal and external talent). Provide guidance to the team, high levels of engagement to enable high performance but also care for our company and brands.
* Align regional compensation teams & CHROs into the new strategy.
