RESPONSIBILITIES
*Dealing with pharmaceutical technical enquiries in global quality compliance regarding the responsibility of STADA AG as MAH, Batch Releaser etc.
*Coordination of Tasks related to a certain process of a Quality Team to ensure compliance with Health Authorities requirements and company standards.
*Active participation in Quality System Processes, such as GMP documentation management, change control, investigation, deviation, CAPA activities and others as well as maintenance of the systems that manages the product, process, and packaging information as well as master data as applicable
*Worldwide communication with the group's own production facilities and third parties
*Reporting KPIs
*Execution and providing training according to area of responsibility.
*Tracking of actions, review and communication of timelines, escalation of delays and documentation of aliment meetings (project management)
*Support of end users with questions regarding the change process and the handling of the tool
*Administration of the change process within the electronic tool, e.g. through the creation and assignment of actions and impact assessments or the summaries / assessment of the generated data within the different steps according to current guidelines and GMP principles
*Creation/coordination of implementation plans on the basis of the assessments submitted by the relevant departments
EXPERIENCE
*University degree in pharmacy, biology, chemistry, or comparable course of study
*Advanced level of knowledge of MS Office package
*Good communication, Fast learner and easily adaptable to changes
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, environment.
*Ability to understand and discuss complex topics.
*Team-oriented, precise, analytical, responsible.
*Ability to work in cross functional teams
*Availability to travel for team meetings
