We need the driver.Role Overview:As Growth & Operations Manager, you'll take full ownership of funnel marketing, ads,
content ops, and KPIs for the Spanish market.This is a high-autonomy, high-leverage role for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong execution skills.Responsibilities:Localize and launch funnels (opt-ins, VSLs, checkouts, onboarding)Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, YouTube, Google)Track KPIs: CAC, CPL, LTV, ROAS, churnCoordinate delivery and sales teamsOwn operations: content, emails, webinars, reportsImplement fast A/B tests to drive growthCollaborate directly with the CEO on strategy Requirements:Native Spanish or C2-level speakerExperience in funnels / paid ads / info-product launchesKnowledge of direct response marketing (e.g.
Gamboa, Javi Pastor, etc.
