Must be familiar with system scope and project objectives to effectively assemble the project team, assign responsibilities, and develop a schedule to ensure timely completion.The Project Manager measures project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor progress. Identifies and quantifies variances (in time, cost, scope, or quality), performs corrective actions, communicates status and risks, and ensures quality standards are met.ResponsibilitiesManage projects from conception to delivery, ensuring they meet budget, timeline, and quality standards to satisfy clients.Develop and manage detailed project plans, align stakeholders, and oversee task execution.Make project decisions and recommendations regarding schedules, priorities, and resources.Coordinate with Resource Managers / Team Leads for resource allocation.Monitor project performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.Document risks, assumptions, and constraints;
