We are looking for a proactive and experienced Temporary Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic HR team for a 1-year assignment in Barcelona.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment and selection process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent across various departments as well as the corresponding onboarding process for the new hires.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles across different levels and functions.
~ Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop different recruitment strategies.
~ Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment reports.
~ Manage onboarding activities for new hires in collaboration with local teams and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization (handling candidate’s paperwork & training program).
~ Collaborate with the improvement and implementation of the onboarding process at a corporate, functional and local level.
~ Ensure compliance with company policies and local requirements during recruitment and onboarding activities.
Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in recruitment and selection processes, ideally within multinational environments.
~ Demonstrated ability to manage the entire recruitment cycle independently, including onboarding.
~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
