We're looking for
Danish-speaking Assistance Coordinators
for our client's international travel assistance team in
Fuengirola, Spain .
In this role, you'll support Nordic travellers around the world when unexpected situations happen during their trips — helping coordinate medical care, travel arrangements and practical support.
It's a dynamic and meaningful role where you help people while building valuable international work experience.
What You'll Do
Support travellers worldwide via phone and email
Handle cases related to illness, accidents or travel issues
Provide guidance about travel insurance coverage
Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, airlines and partners
Arrange flights, accommodation or medical assistance when needed
Manage cases in internal systems
The assistance centre operates 24/7, so the role includes day, evening and night shifts.
Requirements
Fluent in Danish and English
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work shift rotations (day, evening, night)
Good computer skills and attention to detail
Additional languages are a plus.
