What You’ll Do: Senior Performance Marketing Manager, B2B
*
* Own the end‑to‑end B2B media engine for Busuu, balancing long‑term demand generation with precise account‑based capture. You will orchestrate full‑funnel media, from building brand salience among global HR leaders to executing high‑intent performance tactics that drive pipeline velocity.
* Lead Busuu’s B2B performance marketing strategy, focusing on LinkedIn ABM, mid‑funnel consideration channels, and lower‑funnel Google Ads demand capture.
* Own paid media strategy and execution, including audience segmentation, account targeting, creative testing, and optimisation, while partnering closely with stakeholders on broader campaign strategy across touchpoints.
* Develop the measurement framework for LinkedIn ABM and other paid media, defining success across account engagement, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact in partnership with Sales and Marketing Ops.
Qualifications
We’re looking for an experienced performance marketer who is excited to build and scale a sophisticated B2B media engine. We are open to candidates from both B2B and B2C performance marketing backgrounds. If you have strong paid media fundamentals and are excited to apply them to B2B, we would love to hear from you.
*
* Strong hands‑on paid media experience, from either a B2B or B2C background
* Experience across channels such as Google Ads, paid social, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, display, or other performance channels
* A strong understanding of audience strategy, message testing, campaign optimisation, and funnel performance
* An analytical, test‑driven approach, with the ability to turn data and insights into action
* Experience connecting marketing activity to commercial outcomes such as leads, pipeline, revenue, acquisition, or growth
* A collaborative working style, with experience partnering with teams such as Demand Gen, Marketing Ops, Product Marketing, Sales, Creative, Brand, or Analytics
* Curiosity about B2B marketing, account‑based strategies, buying committees, and pipeline measurement
* Experience with B2B, ABM, LinkedIn, HubSpot, or pipeline reporting is valuable, but not essential; the ability to apply strong performance marketing fundamentals in a B2B environment is key
* Identify, test, and scale mid‑funnel channels that increase consideration and intent among high‑value audiences
* Own and manage Google Ads activity focused on capturing and converting high‑intent demand
* Design and run controlled experiments across channels, with clear methodology, robust measurement, and actionable learning
* Develop creative briefs and work closely with creative and copy teams to produce effective assets across audiences, channels, and funnel stages
* Be the go‑to expert internally for B2B performance marketing, providing direction xpzdshu and recommendations across strategy, channels, measurement, and optimisation
* Represent B2B performance marketing in cross‑functional forums and with stakeholders at all levels, including weekly trading meetings and business reviews, partnering closely with the Demand Gen team to align strategy, planning, and performance
* Build processes that improve the quality, efficiency, and scalability of campaign execution, testing, reporting, and optimisation
Benefits
*
* Centrally located offices equipped with free breakfast, plenty of snacks, and fresh fruit
* Two free lunches per week at the office, with a choice from a wide selection of restaurants in the area
* Private health insurance scheme
* Dedicated training budget for career growth
* Flexible working hours and hybrid working model
* Enhanced maternity and paternity leave, depending on location
* Social activities such as team lunches, Thursday socials, quarterly team events, and company‑wide events
