**What You’ll Do**:
- Relationship management commercial profile, identification and proactive growth of current clients in new business opportunities in the banking industry.
- Closing sales of products and / or services to meet individual / team quotas and business objectives of the organization.
- It operates as the main point of contact with the client or partner for the purpose of selling through sales presentations, development of offers, response to proposals, and negotiation of final terms and contracts.
**What experience you need**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in key account management, preferably in the banking industry.
- Excellent knowledge of the banking and financial services industry, including products, services, and market trends.
- Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts, meeting sales targets, and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Preparation of Budgets, Forecast and Sales reports (Pipeline, Forecast)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
