**Your role as IT Systems Engineer**:
You will be involved in projects for implementation of new service offerings, infrastructure automation and orchestration including a global service management platform, where you will take part in defining the architecture, development, and life cycle management in cooperation with process owners and peer infrastructure architects and engineers. You will also become involved with migration and automation of processes and the challenges it brings when moving towards digitalization and modern platforms, that be both on-premise and cloud. Therefore, you need to be able to align the technical and functional requirements of different stakeholders in Global IT and ensure that projects are delivered on time and with the promised specifications.
A strong drive and project management skills will be an advantage, as the right technical solution is only one piece of the puzzle.
You will also support, troubleshoot and develop existing ServiceNow modules, to ensure a high level of performance and stability, and be able to come up with innovative solutions to new business needs. GxP Compliance and documentation are a part of our mindset, so experience and demonstrated ability to achieve compliance in an effective and useful way is an advantage.
**Fields of responsibility**:
- Design, implement and manage the ServiceNow platform and modules hosted within
- Infrastructure interface and troubleshooting between ServiceNow and Microsoft platforms
- Work with IT infrastructure experts to ensure correct implementation, and identify innovative solutions to business needs
- Ensure GxP-compliance and technical documentation of own area
- Provide technical solution analysis and advise to stakeholders within Global IT
**Your qualifications**:
- An education in computer science, engineering or similar
- Experience in the IT field as an administrator or developer in ServiceNow
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical and complex infrastructure projects, and to communicate and align with peer architects, engineers, and management
- Experience in tests preparation and fulfilment
- Practical experience in use of the ServiceNow platform as fulfiller, administrator or developer
- Experience in programming, preferably JavaScript, but any other language is an advantage
- Experience in HTML and Cascading Style Sheets
- Understanding of database operation, tables, primary keys, references
- Understanding of ITIL and IT service management basics
- Experience with operation and/or orchestration of technologies such as Windows Server, SQL Server, networking, virtualization and Active Directory
- Experience with GxP and qualification of computerized systems is an advantage
