Our technology helps automation companies successfully deliver robotics applications beyond manufacturing, in areas such as intralogistics, retail and complex operational environments where variability has traditionally limited automation. We focus on delivering perception-enabled automation that works under real conditions.
PLEASE NOTE: We will only consider candidates with WORKING VISA + already RESIDENT in Spain + NO REMOTE hiring.
We are looking for a Commercial Engineer with 3-6 years of experience who wants to grow from technical sales or applications engineering into consultative solution selling.
You will work with robotics companies, robotic integrators and engineering firms to identify where AI perception software enables new automation applications and delivers measurable operational value.
This role combines technical understanding, business development and real market exposure, working directly with founders and our engineering team.
Develop new business opportunities with integrators, automation companies and end-clients
Identify applications where AI perception enables robotics deployment
Build strong technical-commercial relationships with partners
Participate in consultative technical sales processes
Work with both internal and external engineering teams to define applications
Build and manage your own commercial pipeline
Contribute to scaling BitMetrics commercial activity
Sales Engineer

Automation Engineer evolving into commercial roles
Business Developer in industrial technology
3-6 years experience in either robotics, automation or industrial technology
~ Experience working with or selling through industrial automation integrators/engineering teams
~ Technical understanding of automation applications
~ Professional English. Native Spanish and advanced in Catalan.
Experience working with integrators or robotics ecosystems
Exposure to robotics applications
Experience in technical solution sales
Existing relationships in the automation ecosystem
Building a strong pipeline of automation partners
Identifying valuable robotics applications
Closing sales of technical solution projects
Contribute to define and implement BitMetrics' sales strategy, policies and commercial guidelines aligned with the overall business strategy of the company
Becoming a trusted technical-commercial reference for partners
Contributing to BitMetrics commercial growth
