Sales Area Manager – Zanussi
As Jr Sales Area Manager for Zanussi Professional you will support driving profitable sales growth throughout the assigned geographical area of Madrid. You will support expanding the existing distribution network and will further be responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent relationships directly with key accounts and other customers in the area.
What You’ll Be Doing
Commercial Development & Territory Management
Support the development and growth of the Madrid commercial territory.
Identify and generate new business opportunities.
Build strong connections between customers and the distribution network.
Achieve sales targets and meet performance KPIs.
Monitor market trends and local competition to identify strategic actions.
Produce accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
Identify, set up, and organize additional or alternative distribution channels.
Dealer & Distribution Network Management
Collaborate closely with existing dealers to strengthen cooperation and drive business growth.
Create new business opportunities for introducing additional dealers.
Support the implementation of distribution agreements and pricing structures with management.
Involve and assist the distribution network in using digital sales tools (CRM, calculators, configurators, quotation tools).
Customer Engagement & Support
Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear information on product features, benefits, and pricing.
Work with customer care teams to deliver excellent service levels.
Use Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer feedback.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with pre-sales and marketing teams to execute product-specific promotional campaigns.
Work with technical and operational teams when needed to support customer and dealer activities.
Events & Brand Promotion
Actively participate in trade shows, demos, training sessions, and other industry events to promote the brand and products.
What’s Needed For You To Thrive
Education
University degree in any discipline.
Professional Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B services.
Previous sales experience in the HORECA segment.
Proven track record in territory management.
Languages
Fluency in Spanish (required).
Good proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel as required by the role.

Professional, reliable, and confident in customer‑facing situations.

Skilled in sales management, negotiation, business development, and account management.
Able to analyze sales data and produce accurate forecasts.
Good knowledge of the Spanish market and industry landscape.
Proficient with CRM and digital sales tools, including social‑media‑based lead generation.
