We are partnering with our client, an international company specialized in Artificial Intelligence and Decision Intelligence, building AI infrastructure, products, and systems used by large enterprises to make business decisions at scale.
They are looking for professionals capable of understanding data, business, and product in an integrated way, combining analytical thinking with a strong product mindset.
The company is a B2B SaaS organization founded in 2020 in Munich, with more than 300 employees and offices in Munich, Barcelona, Madrid, and New York.
The project focuses on a next-generation Data & Analytics platform, an AI-driven solution that replaces traditional dashboards with real-time, automated recommendations, helping organizations move from reporting to decision intelligence.
Python + SQL (mandatory)
Strong experience in machine learning and statistical modeling
AWS (nice to have): Lambda, Step Functions
Prophet (Meta/Facebook)
Machine Learning & Data:
Machine learning applied to demand and supply chain optimization
Data pipelines and production-grade models
MLOps (model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management)
Client-facing experience (especially for Principal/Lead profiles): ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and identify opportunities with clients
Hybrid model: 2 days in office / 3 remote
Contract: Permanent (indefinite)
Work permit in Spain required
English: minimum B2 high / C1 (non-negotiable requirement)
