Your Responsibilities:
Your key mission is to facilitate the productivity of internal stakeholders - from Customer Support and Sales to Marketing and Finance - by building the tools, automations, and workflows they need to thrive:
- You develop full-stack internal tools that boost productivity across the company.
- You create in-house solutions like dashboards, automated workflows, and system connections to support teams throughout the company, from Business Development and Support to Customer Care and Analytics.
- You own your projects end-to-end within productivity engineering.
- You work closely with internal stakeholders to map their workflows, pain points, and tool requirements.
- You remove bottlenecks and build tools tailored to the needs of non-technical teams.
- You take on strategic and operational ownership of the development in close collaboration with the CEO and business leads.
- You design internal permissioning, audit, and error-reporting systems for critical flows.
- You create guides so teams can self-serve.
Your Profile:
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in the development of internal tools in roles like BizOps, Productivity Developer, or Internal Platform developer.
- Experienced in building MVPs, test them, iterate them end-to-end.
- Expert in REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Have worked with webhooks and background jobs.
- Proficient in React.
- Experienced in delivering real-time analytics and alerts while building internal dashboards, CRMs, workflow automations, bots, and system integrations.
- Have built tools that talk to CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), analytics (BigQuery, Amplitude), ticketing (Intercom, Zendesk), billing (Stripe, Chargebee), or similar.
- Know how to deliver insights in real-time.
- Possess strong business curiosity and are able to make technical decisions guided by business outcomes.
- Enjoy transforming abstract concepts into practical tools.
- Ability to go beyond traditional development by exploring new business domains (finance, sales, BI) to build better solutions.
- Thrive in a remote work setting and ensure visibility across teams.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
