We are currently seeking a **Product Manager (M/F/d) Small Distribution Boards - Residential Sector **at our site in La Roca del Vallès for a permanent contract with immediate effect.
**Your Mission**
- Determine and formulate customer and market requirements in an international context.
- Define product specifications and services as per Hager development processes.
- Plan and execute development projects, ensuring they align with company goals.
- Drive profitable growth and economic success of the product portfolio.
- Provide technical consulting and market support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the technical liaison between cooperation partners and suppliers.
- Lead successful product launches by closely supporting markets and contacts.
- Conduct product training for market launches and product adaptations.
**Your Profile**
- Technical education in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Knowledge about product standards according to EN IEC 61439-3 and EN (IEC) 60670-24 would be an asset.
- Marketing and business management skills.
- Strong written and spoken English (Level: B2/C1).
- Strong assertiveness and independent action
- Entrepreneurial mindset, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.
- Creativity, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to inspire others.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
