His/her main target will consist in supporting the various country teams in the realization of operational activities.
During his/her time among us, duties in particular will include the following:
- Daily activities ;
mostly in the areas of master data maintenance, accounting book-keeping and data extraction from the different reporting systems
- Execution of closing and reporting activities
- Pre-closing/post closing activities ;
support data analysis at individual company level, reconciliation of figures and systems for main accounting figures, KPI preparation, etc...
- ICS control execution in the area of R2R for mobility entities
- Provide back-up to other colleagues ( on demand)
Qualification
- English and German advanced
- Other European languages are a valuable asset ( French, Italian, German,,,)
- UNIVERSITY DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR ACCOUNTING
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
