🏢Description of the Department/Project:
Customer Satisfaction & Quality represent the voice of customer and drive the customer centricity within the entity.
Secure & Guarantee the customer needs for all the quality & customer satisfaction concerns.
* Optimizesthe manufacturing processes and helps in developing a unified and strong supplier management.
* Integratessupply chain actors andleveragesopportunities created by upstream and downstream linkages with a focus on creating value and improving customer satisfaction.
Core process
* Guarantee the application ofSchneiderquality policy & the respect of customer requirements in terms of technical quality & service level.
* Manage the Quality Management System of the entity.
* Manage Customer complaints: alert, support & elevate customer satisfaction issues (product / service) if they are not fulfilled.
* Manage Manufacturing quality: It covers quality related activities inside industrial entities as well as flows between them.
* manufacturing/assembling processes robustness (as result of implementation of Process Control Chart, FMEA,Poka Yoke…)
* industrial problem management: Issue to Prevention management, using warm loop and 8D cold loop methodologies, with CS&Q related processes.
🚀What willyou do?
Takes any necessary actions to make sure that a product or service will satisfy customer requirements and is the driving force in implementing continuous quality improvement.
* Define,controland improve production processes, including control plans, capabilitystudiesand Gage R&R, ensuring alignment with customer and internal requirements.
* Lead quality assurance activities, such as Process Audits, Layered Process Audits (LPA), Process FMEAs, andmaintainingall quality control documentation while ensuring proper training and deployment.
* Monitor and analyze production performance, managing deviations/derogations,consolidatingkey quality indicators (FFR, MDR,CoPQ)anddriving related improvement actions.
* Lead continuous improvement initiativesin production lines, including containment actions, root‑cause analysis and structured problem‑solving using methodologies such as 5 Whys, 8D/PRB,DMAICand Lean Six Sigma.
* Develop SPC (Statistical Process Control) systems, execute capability studies for new products or processes, and implement new quality techniques as needed.
* Activelyparticipatein Short Interval Management (SIM)and provide quality input to new product or process evolutions (PMP/PEP), ensuringprocess and control capability is embedded end‑to‑end.
* Coordinate cross‑functional collaborationwith engineering, supply chain,procurementand SMEs to ensure robust process performance and continuous improvement across the value chain.
🔍If you are:
* A fresh graduate in Engineering Disciplineas Industrial.
* Be able to start a 1-year program in May 2026.
* Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken. French or/and Catalan will be a plus.
* Ability to support and/or lead root cause analysis, disciplinedproblem-solvingand decision-making processes.
* Ability to solve problems and exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
* Proven leadership, interpersonalskillsand personal development skills.
