What You Will Do Design and implement novel AI-driven components of our platform.
Apply state-of-the-art research in NLP, LLMs, and generative AI to production systems.
Lead experiments in fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment of advanced models.
Develop efficient pipelines for large-scale data and model training.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to turn research into practical solutions.
Publish technical articles, internal papers, and contribute to our knowledge base.
Stay at the frontier of AI by evaluating new research and integrating findings.
About You This role requires a Ph D in AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
Ph D with strong research experience in AI/ML (NLP, generative AI, or similar).
Proven record of publications, patents, or significant contributions to the AI field.
Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with frameworks like Py Torch or Tensor Flow.
Solid foundation in algorithms, optimization, and applied statistics.
Hacker mentality: able to rapidly prototype, experiment, and adapt.
Comfortable bridging research and engineering: from theory to production.
Team player with a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
