HP is looking for a passionate and proactive Sustainability Program Manager to manage and evolve the Industrial Print Sustainability Program for our customers.
The environmental impacts of industrial printing are shared between HP (as the device manufacturer) and our customers (printing companies).
HP has launched the Sustainability Amplify Program to strengthen our sustainable impact strategy through collaborative partnerships with customers.
This version of the program is designed to give printing companies access to relevant data, training, and shared sustainability goals, as well as additional value-added services to accelerate their sustainability journey.
The selected candidate will support the execution of this beta program, gather insights from customers, and contribute to developing future versions for broader market adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support the beta program, including customer onboarding, issue resolution, and documentation review.Drive program promotion and adoption with Marketing and PR teams to demonstrate value and differentiation.Develop and execute scale-up plans (technical, marketing, communication) to accelerate adoption across existing and new customers.Collect, prioritize, and propose program improvements based on data and customer insights.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sustainability, channel, marketing, product, and data experts) to define, align, and develop new versions of the program.Develop new value-added services, tools, and resources (advanced training, consultancy, reporting tools) to support monetization and customer value.Build and manage a customer sustainability community in collaboration with DScoop and other partners.Facilitate engagement, shared goal-setting, and recognition for customers' sustainability achievements.Define sustainability data architecture for internal and external use.Map regulatory and customer trends relating to sustainability data requirements.Define connectivity and reporting needs to support future requirements, collaborating with GBU data experts to consolidate data sources.Contribute to the implementation plan for FY27 and beyond.Education and ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Design, Engineering, Digital Product Management, or Innovation.0–2 years of experience in a related field.Skills and CompetenciesProactive, innovative, and customer-centric mindset.Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Project management skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and cloud-based applications.What We OfferOpportunity to work in an international organization with colleagues from all over the world.Diverse, continued internal growth and career opportunities, including HP's learning platform and LinkedIn Learning.Health & Life insurance.Lunch at reduced prices at our canteen / ticket restaurant vouchers.HP product discount.Work-life balance and flexible working hours.Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO)
