Company: Idiliq Group Idiliq Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator / Accounts Assistant with excellent Excel skills and experience using accounting software. This role involves managing treasury functions and debtor and creditor accounts while working closely with the Finance team to ensure that all monthly and quarterly deadlines and reporting requirements are met in a timely manner. Based at our offices in Mijas Costa, you will be a proactive team player, capable of working in a fast-paced environment and committed to delivering results under tight deadlines. ?? Key Responsibilities Posting bank and card transactions into SUN and Navision accounting software. Performing bank and credit card statement reconciliations. Reviewing supplier invoices, posting them into the system, and preparing bank payments for approval. Recording cash flow and tracking received vs. pending invoices. Reporting Accounts Payable to the Financial Controller for monthly accruals review. Maintaining and updating the purchase daybook. ? Skills & Qualifications High level of English (essential). Advanced MS Office user with excellent Excel skills. Previous administrative or bookkeeping experience, particularly in Accounts Payable. Experience using accounting software (SUN, Navision or similar). Knowledge of data analysis and statistics is an advantage. Strong ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Accurate, methodical, well-organised and with strong attention to detail. Knowledge of UK VAT regulations would be a plus. Requisitos :
