Experteer Overview In this role, you ensure robust IT quality and compliance across the global organization, driving operational excellence. You design and continuously improve IT compliance frameworks aligned with regulations and standards. As a trusted advisor, you support audits, raise awareness, and adapt IT controls to evolving technologies and regulatory trends. You will work closely with IT and Quality & Compliance stakeholders to guide initiatives and build a culture of quality.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Lead IT quality and compliance activities for GxP and non-GxP, including deviations, CAPA, and change management - Coordinate internal, customer, and authority audits and inspections relevant to IT - Foster a global culture of quality and compliance within IT - Ensure alignment with regulatory, legal, and corporate requirements - Develop and maintain global IT compliance processes, SOPs, and ITIL-aligned frameworks - Provide compliance guidance and training to support strategic IT initiatives - Design and deliver IT compliance training programs - Serve as a key interface between IT and Quality & Compliance stakeholders worldwideResponsabilidades - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role - Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and tools (Deviation, CAPA, Change Management, Data Integrity;
Trackwise, Myservices) - Experience with regulatory environments (GxP, GAMP, regulatory audits) - Understanding of IT standards (ITIL) - Broad knowledge of compliance, risk management, and process governance - Ability to influence, build consensus, and manage stakeholder relationships - Experience working in a global environment - Fluent English;
