About the role
Are you a tenacious, proactive, and resourceful individual with a passion for design and building strong client relationships? Design Bridge and Partners, a general branding and strategic design agency and part of WPP, is looking for a Senior Client Manager to join our collaborative Client Leadership team. We believe design is the most powerful means of driving positive change, and you'll play a key role in making our client work exceptional and impactful.
About the Role: As a Senior Client Manager, you will support the Client Director in managing strategy and design projects, ensuring excellent client satisfaction and commercial effectiveness. You'll be a vital link between our clients and our creative teams, driving projects from brief to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients at the brand manager level, anticipating their needs and ensuring proactive service.
- Project Leadership: Support the Client Director in day-to-day project management, ensuring efficient workflows and inspiring the team.
- Operational Excellence: Brief, scope, plan, and deliver projects effectively and profitably, demonstrating strong project management across multiple workstreams.
- Financial Acumen: Accurately manage finance admin, revenue forecasts, and project budgets, actively monitoring profitability and addressing issues.
- New Business Support: Take on fresh challenges in new business activities, acting as a principal contact for prospective clients from initial contact to commercial negotiations.
- Team Collaboration: Build respectful and supportive relationships with creative and strategy leads, collaborating across the broader business.
