We are looking for candidates interested in systems, operations, and implementation.You will work closely with the Director of Digital Transformation and play a key role in supporting system integrations, gathering business requirements, coordinating vendors, and improving operational processes.This is a high-impact role with strong growth potential.Key Responsibilities
Track and follow up on ongoing technology initiativesSupport implementation and optimization of core systems (ERP, procurement, finance, integrations)Gather and document business requirements across teamsIdentify automation opportunities and efficiency improvementsTranslate business needs into functional specificationsCoordinate with external vendors and technology partnersSupport integrations and troubleshoot system issuesAssist in testing (UAT), validation, and go-liveDocument processes and support system governance What We're Looking For
2–4 years of experience, ideally in consulting, technology, systems, or business analysis roles2–3 years in consulting (strategy, tech, or operations) OR a strong engineering backgroundExperience in requirements gathering and system implementationsExposure to ERP systems (Business Central, Net Suite, SAP...) is a plusExperience working with vendors and external partnersStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to bridge business and technologyHighly organized, proactive, and structuredComfortable in fast-paced environmentsStrong communication skills Nice to Have
