Retention Business Analyst - Remote
**_ Role Overview:_**
The Retention Business Analyst will play a key role in analyzing McAfee’s customer retention activities and the associated KPIs. You will assist in the planning of retention marketing activities and provide regular reports/presentations on key operational and strategic performance indicators.
You will serve as a go-to partner to all cross-functional internal stakeholders, facilitating alignment between global and local internal teams dedicated to marketing, legal, customer support, finance, product, engineering, and other functions.
**_ About the Job: _**
- Prepare regular business reports and presentations that show the retention business performance of KPIs and performance against plan/targets.
- Enhance and improve our recurring reporting presentations (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) and ad hoc presentations, in coordination with functional stakeholders on the team.
- Organize business activities such as team calls and business planning sessions.
- Understand and monitor the marketing revenue budget including planning and forecasting budget achievement. Participate in the annual budget and planning process.
- Design, develop and maintain core marketing operations processes around KPIs to support collaboration and communication throughout the marketing and operations teams.
- Provide operational support to major projects as requested by management.
- Play a central role in the retention business - know the ins and outs of the retention business metrics and what customer attributes and behaviors drive changes to the metrics.
- You will work cross-functionally with the marketing, finance, and analytics teams in Canada, Europe, India, and the United States.
**_ About You:_**
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree, applicable certification, or equivalent.
- 4+ years’ experience in a marketing, data, or business analytics role.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Tableau mastery is a huge plus.
- Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) knowledge is preferred but not required.
- Highly organized, great attention to detail, and deadline driven.
- Ability to structure/work on exploratory problems, with an innovative approach and creative solutions.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, identifying issues and raising them to management, as well as offering potential solutions.
- Must be comfortable with uncertainty. Flexibility to changing priorities and timelines is key.
- Self-starter with an inquisitive personality who constantly enjoys trying new things.
- Strong partnership and communications skills, across organizational levels and departments.
- Able to work with different business units, across multiple time zones and countries, to communicate findings and practices company-wide.
- Must be self-motivated with a can-do attitude and collaborative work style.
