Over 10 years of experience with UKG Dimensions.
Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce management principles.
Good Understanding in UKG Pro implementation
Experience with Dell Boomi integrations
Lead UKG Pro implementation and configuration projects.
Analyze business requirements and translate into UKG Pro configurations.
Design and develop technical solutions for complex business requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate UKG Pro with other HR systems.
Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex UKG Pro issues.
Design and implement workflows, rules, and policies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure UKG Pro aligns with organizational goals.
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users.
Conduct fit-gap analyses and recommend solutions.
Provide configuration solutions using various UKG product modules.
Develop use cases, user stories, and validation criteria for testing and validation processes.
Implement API integrations to optimize data exchange and workflow efficiency.
Design and optimized integration flows and process architectures for seamless data flow and system interoperability.
Conduct stakeholder demonstrations and gathered feedback for further enhancements.
Examine configuration and integration builds in relation to best practices.
Prepare project plans including resource allocation and effort estimation for implementation, migration, and enhancements.
Lead cutover simulation and production cutovers for UKG migration and implementation projects.
Experiences in managing global clients and implemented projects across multiple countries.
Dell Boomi certification.
